1. Scope of Services

These Terms & Conditions apply to all services, readings, events, and digital offerings provided through this business (Charles Crooks, a division of Bellingham Ghost Tours LLC). By booking a session, purchasing a service, or engaging with offerings, you agree to these terms in full.

A “client” is any individual purchasing or participating in a reading, session, event, or digital product.

2. Nature of Services

All readings—including psychic, intuitive, and mediumship elements—are offered as a tool for insight, reflection, and personal growth.

They are not a substitute for professional advice, including medical, legal, financial, or psychological services. You remain fully responsible for your own decisions, actions, and interpretations.

No guarantees are made regarding specific outcomes.

3. Age Requirement

All services are intended for individuals 18 years or older.

By booking, you confirm that you meet this requirement. If a booking is made by someone under 18, the session will be canceled and refunded.

4. Booking & Payment

  • Payment is required in full at the time of booking.

  • Sessions are not confirmed until payment is received.

  • Prices are listed in USD and may change at any time, but the rate at booking will be honored.

5. Cancellation & Rescheduling

  • Cancellations for full refund must made at least 48 hours in advance.

  • Cancelling within the 48 hours before a reading are allowed to reschedule for a better time. Only one reschedule is allowed.

  • Late cancellations or missed sessions are non-refundable.

  • In cases of emergency, reasonable accommodations may be made at discretion.

6. Delivery of Services

  • Readings are done in person over Zoom or over the phone, and are delivered in an audio recording via email .

  • Digital products or recordings are delivered via email or download link.

  • It is your responsibility to ensure your contact details are accurate.

  • The audio recording is a free service provided by Charles. Please understand that technology does have occasional problems. If the recording can not be provided, this does not warrant grounds for refund on a reading.

7. Client Responsibility

You agree to:

  • Approach sessions with personal responsibility and discernment

  • Not rely solely on readings for major life decisions

  • Understand that intuitive work is interpretive and experiential in nature

8. Privacy & Data Protection

Your privacy matters.

Any personal information shared during bookings or sessions is kept confidential and used only for communication and service delivery.

If you join an email list, you may receive updates or offers. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link provided in emails.

9. Intellectual Property

All content—including session materials, recordings, written insights, and digital products—is the intellectual property of this business.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or share this content without explicit permission.

10. Disclaimer

By participating in a reading, you acknowledge:

  • Intuitive and mediumship information is subjective

  • Messages are interpreted to the best of ability but may not always resonate immediately

  • You are responsible for how you use the information provided

11. Disputes

If any issue arises, please reach out directly to resolve it.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws applicable in the state of Washington, USA, unless otherwise required by your location.
